Susan Gray School Parent Advisory Council

The Parent Advisory Council is a diverse group of parents that are committed to supporting the families and staff in the SGS community.  Together, the PAC helps set the vision for SGS, fosters home-school connections, plans family-engagement and teacher-appreciation opportunies and shares resources with other families. 

• • Monthly treat carts to provide teachers/staff small gifts as a token of our appreciation

  • Quarterly coffee and donuts community events to help parents get to know one another

  • Our first art auction to raise money for the SGS Arts Program

  • Susan Gray t-shirt sales, including providing a t-shirt to all SGS staff

  • Funded a refresh to the SGS teachers' lounge to make the space more cozy and inviting

  • Teacher and staff appreciation week, including a breakfast, luncheon, and snack break

  • An SGS family meet-up at Miles Together Inclusive Playground

  • School pictures

  • Class holiday cards

  • A holiday luncheon and gift cards for teachers
